COLD WATER EXTRACTION METHOD
Scoop 2-4 tablespoons of noble kava powder and place into a strainer bag (use a muslin cloth or nut milk bag). Add ~2 cups of cool or room temperature water to a bowl, then submerge the strainer bag. Knead the bag into the water for roughly 10-15 minutes. The water will transition to a muddy earthy brown shade.
After the kneading session, squeeze out as much liquid from the kava root pulp as possible. Discard the pulp, then serve kava in a cup or coconut shell (bilo).

💧 For Personal Serving = 15-30g Kava to 300-500mL Water

🔅 For a lighter blend, opt for 1-2 teaspoons of powder.
🔆 For a more potent experience, scoop out up to 2 tablespoons of powder.
Mix with 6-8 oz of a liquid of your choice. We recommend using room temperature or slightly chilled water, sparkling water, milk, or a fruit smoothie. Do not mix with a citrus-based beverage. The acidity within citrus fruits can alter the chemical structure of the kavalactones. The flavor combination is also a bit off-putting. Picture drinking a peppery, muddy glass of orange juice).
